Valerie Tapp has judged in the United Kingdom, New Zealand and all states of Australia. She has been a very successful exhibitor of pure bred dogs for many years, starting with Great Danes in 1961. In the 1970’s she added Bloodhounds and Standard Smooth Dachshunds, followed in the 1980’s by Miniature Smooth Dachshunds and Italian Greyhounds. She also handled Pugs in the show ring for many years for a very good friend.
Currently Val concentrates on Miniature Smooth Dachshunds and has bred Best In Show winners (Specialty and/or All Breeds), in most states of Australia and many Champions (including Grand and Supreme Champions).
