I have been a very successful exhibitor and breeder of other breeds during my 50 plus years in the dog world. I have always ensured if I bred my show dogs, it was to improve the breed. During my exhibiting years, judges would import their stock and place in my care knowing I am a person of integrity, honesty always. I stepped back from exhibiting when I married the love of my life and became absorbed in our Optometry practice. My Hubby knew how much I missed the dog world and purchased our Daisy, so we have a beautiful Golden Cocker Spaniel and her confirmation encouraged me to want to breed her and hopefully produce show quality Cockers.I did my homework and FULL DNA testing to ensure no genetic health issues exist. It will always be my intention to individually DNA ALL puppies ( full DNA, not just parentage) and provide these results to adopting families. We all have to start somewhere and with the help and support of other long term Cocker breeders I'm confident in being successful in breeding this absolutely pleasure to have as part of family breed.

We are so very proud to be involved in the world of purebred dogs and Cocker Spaniels are our passion.

We live in the Western Downs where we breed and raise beef cattle. I have grown up with dogs. I fell in love with the breed as a child and now my own family get to experience the love of a Cocker Spaniel.

Our dogs are pets and family members first and foremost, and occasionally we will get to the dog show (just that distance is a factor being a good 5 hour drive to most events).

We have started out the way we intend to continue - breeding and exhibiting from the best we can. Our dogs are hip and elbow scored, tested for AON, and have Orivet Breed Profile testing via DNA for prcd-PRA, AHRN (FN), AMS and colour genetics.

We will only be breeding from dogs that have been fully health tested and with the guidance of experienced breeders we hope to match pedigrees to produce happy, healthy and beautiful cocker spaniels for both the show ring and for companion homes.

From a childhood love of the companionship of cocker spaniels, to being adults and parents with a deep appreciation and love of the gentle nature of this breed with children, we have been in love with cockers for 35 years, but have only just stepped up to gain a prefix and begin our breeding journey as registered breeders

Mentored by some of the best breeders in Australia, we are being supported to continue the responsible and ethical breeding of this merry little dog as registered breeders. Our newly established prefix Nocte, will endeavour to breed cocker spaniels that are for the betterment of the breed. Concentrating on conformation and temperament.

Our dogs are purebred, pedigreed and all are genetically tested with Orivet and AON tested with hip and elbow scores as best practice indicates is appropriate for this breed.

We are currently not able to enter the show ring with our dogs due to the demands of a busy family life with four children, but you may rest assured that any puppies from our kennel will be well socialised with children and other animals and receive the very best of care until they join their forever homes.

Goldendayze was established in 2020.

Our dogs and puppies are part of the family and enjoy all the creature comforts, our puppies are house reared in their very own puppy nursery within our house. Our dogs are well socialised and our adult dogs and puppies have acreage to play on and our two young children ensure that they have the best fun every day.

We pride ourselves on breeding happy and healthy Cocker Spaniels and Golden Retrievers. We hip and elbow score, do full Orivet breed profiles for prcd-PRA, AHRN (FN), EIC and AMS and test for AON.

We haven't entered the dog show arena as yet, but we do hope to be involved in the coming years when work, family and dogs all line up.

Lavinto Kennels is located on the Sunshine Coast in Southeast Queensland. We are a small family-based Kennel operating from our home where all of our dogs are first and foremost our pets and much-loved members of our family. We have one to two litters a year, and love and raise each litter in the family home as it arrives so there may be longer waiting periods for a puppy. Lavinto is a sister kennel to Coraley and Wagonbutts, family based ANKC registered breeders with programs that align with values and goals dear to Lavinto.

We have proudly started to show our dogs and are loving the experience. Our breeding dogs are all DNA tested. Our puppies are offered to suitable pet and show homes to approved families on our wait list. Our Adoption Agreement has a desex term for pups offered for placement in pet homes.

GOLDBOTTOMS is a small home based kennel located on the western side of Sydney. Our beautiful Cocker Spaniel girls are a part of our family and would want the same for our puppies. Both of our girls are being raised as indoor pets with lots of cuddles and affection.

Growing up, I have been closely involved with assisting my parents who used to breed top quality pedigreed Rhodesian Ridgebacks, Doberman Pinschers, Golden Retrievers and Caucasian Shepherds. It was such an amazing experience and loved every minute of it.

Now my interest and the aim is to breed top quality, sound and healthy Cocker Spaniels. From the start my girls have been fed with top quality dry and wet food, going as far as making dehydrated treats for them ourselves.

The Fishington prefix was established in 2021, although we are new we have the utmost passion for cockers spaniels. I am a show exhibitor and select breeder of solid English Cocker Spaniels (Black, Gold and Black and Tan).

My aim is to breed healthy cocker spaniels of the highest quality, temperament and type. To further improve my breeding program, I have imported dogs from both the UK and France. Puppies are bred to produce quality show dogs and to improve the breed, hence I only have limited litters. From these litters however, puppies may be available as loving family companions. Puppies are lovingly raised in our home and well socialised.

Puppies are sold on "Limited Register" which means that they cannot be shown or bred with.

The Limited Register still allows them to compete in dogs sports such as agility, obedience, tracking, Dancing with Dogs, Gundog retrieving and field trials etc.

Of utmost importance is the health and well being of my dogs. At Carawood all my dogs are DNA tested for the main hereditary problems in the breed. Selective and careful breeding ensures that none of my dogs will ever inherit these diseases: PRA (Progressive Retinal Atrophy), FN (Familial Nephropathy) and AON (Adult Onset Neuropathy).

I am a committee member of the Cocker Spaniel Club of Victoria and actively involved with the club.

We are small breeders, having only 2 or 3 English Cocker Spaniel litters a year so we sometimes have puppies available for approved homes. We raise these puppies in our home so they are used to being handled and cuddled by adults and children, and used to loud noises like the vacuum cleaner and the blender!
We are striving to achieve breed standard and breed happy, adventurous puppies with good temperaments.
Puppies will have had their first immunisation, will have had a comprehensive six week vet health check, be micro-chipped and will be on the Limited Register so are not available for breeding or be available for Conformation Shows. Puppies parents have been DNA tested with Orivet. Puppies leave us with a new puppy information including healthcare, training, grooming and socialising. We are always available for help and advice.

Liyambai Cocker Spaniels is a small, family breeder of gorgeous solid colour cocker spaniels. We are located in Townsville, in beautiful north Queensland.

Established in the early 1980s by my dad, Nigel, we have been breeding cocker spaniels for over 40 years. My aunt still breeds cocker spaniels and working cockers in Wales, UK.

Our first litters in Queensland were out of my darling Hunny (Arrunga Inyanga Hunny), who produced several Champions in the show ring. My first precious golden girl was Scooter (Arrunga Candy Lass). I purchased her from the lovely Noel Boddy, who mentored me to breed and show her.

For the last 20 years I have been raising children (not puppies!), and I am excited to breed cockers again.

All the Liyambai breeding dogs have been DNA tested and puppies will not be affected by PRA, FN, AHRN or AON.

We currently have one breeding female and one handsome boy who is available at stud. All our cocker spaniels live in our homes and sleep in our beds and on our couches. They are part of our family! Our two girls (Hunny, and Holly, who is now retired) live with us in Townsville, and our boy (Archie) is living his best life at Bribie Island near Brisbane.
