Hillscrest Labradors is a small family based breeding program located in Strathalbyn, South Australia, focused on breeding quality Chocolate Labradors with beautiful temperaments, sound health and strong breed type. Our Labradors are much loved family dogs raised as part of everyday home life with plenty of love, attention and socialisation. We are passionate about breeding healthy well rounded puppies with calm natures, loving personalities and the classic Labrador temperament the breed is known for. Our foundation girl Oaka is everything we love in a Labrador gentle, affectionate, intuitive and incredibly people focused. Her temperament and presence have helped shape the vision behind Hillscrest Labradors and the qualities we aim to carry forward in future generations. All breeding dogs are thoroughly health tested prior to breeding, including Hip and Elbow Scoring, Breed relevant DNA testing, and Relevant Eye Examinations. Our puppies are raised in a hands on family environment with extensive early socialisation, exposure to everyday household life and early positive crate exposure to support a smooth transition into their new home.
