Eric is a "sandy" dog who, we believe, will be the only "sandy" Bedlington in Australia when he arrives later this year. We have been waiting for this boy for over two years now and are looking forward to having him in the show ring.
On the 4th of July 2008 Eric had a good start to his show career. He was awarded RUBOB and Minor Puppy in Group at his first show. On the 5th of July in his second show he repeated this result and in his third show (same day), he was awarded BOB and RUBIG. He was again BOB and Minor in Group on the 6th of July. The 11th of July saw him take Dog Challenge and Minor in Group. The 6th of July saw him take BOB, Minor in Group and Best In Group for the first time. In all shows to this point he has taken his awards against Aust Champions who have previously won Best In Group awards. We are very happy with his progress so far.
Eric continues to do well in the show ring and has recently been BIG on four of six shows, RUBIG in one other, and.....
RUBIS on the last of the six shows in the July weekend start to the NT dog circuit 6th July 2014.
On the weekend just completed (11 - 12 July '14), Eric has picked up another two Best in Group awards.
Eric has done well throughout 2015 taking out a number of Best of Breed awards, Runner up to Best In Group (including Darwin Royal) as well as a Best in Group.
Eric achieved the required points to become Grand and Supreme Champion on our most recent shows in November 2015, awaiting ratification of title. Eric performed really well across 2015 placing second nationally on the Breed Pointscore Challenge on results over only 28 shows.
Eric has been awarded his Grand and Supreme Ch titles as of 5th January 2016. It has been a long road but well worth the journey. We are looking forward to another strong performance across 2016 where he will be competing against our younger dog Raven ( Ausbed Puttin On The Ritz)
