I have been a very successful exhibitor and breeder of other breeds during my 50 plus years in the dog world. I have always ensured if I bred my show dogs, it was to improve the breed. During my exhibiting years, judges would import their stock and place in my care knowing I am a person of integrity, honesty always. I stepped back from exhibiting when I married the love of my life and became absorbed in our Optometry practice. My Hubby knew how much I missed the dog world and purchased our Daisy, so we have a beautiful Golden Cocker Spaniel and her confirmation encouraged me to want to breed her and hopefully produce show quality Cockers.I did my homework and FULL DNA testing to ensure no genetic health issues exist. It will always be my intention to individually DNA ALL puppies ( full DNA, not just parentage) and provide these results to adopting families. We all have to start somewhere and with the help and support of other long term Cocker breeders I'm confident in being successful in breeding this absolutely pleasure to have as part of family breed.

WAGONBUTS Kennels is located in the beautiful hinterlands of the Sunshine Coast. We are a small family-based program operating from our home where all of our dogs are first and foremost our pets and much-loved members of our family. We have one to two litters a year, and love and raise each litter in the family home as it arrives so there may be longer waiting periods for a puppy. WAGONBUTS networks alongside Lavinto, Coraley, and Teeny Tails.

We are in the process of planning a liver and gold roan litter with puppies due to arrive in February 2024. Puppies will be 8 weeks of age and ready to go to their fur-ever homes at the end of April 2024. Our puppies promise to chase your toes and love you whole heartedly.

Our puppies come from clear DNA lines free from PRA, FN and AON. They come with their first vaccination, microchip, puppy pack including a puppy information folder with all vet documentation, and pedigree paper.

Our puppies are offered to suitable pet homes on Limited papers, and to approved show families on our wait lists. We have a strict de-sex term in our Adoption Agreements for puppies placed in pet homes.

GLENBROOK COCKER SPANIELS
Glenbrook Cocker Spaniels is on the Mornington Peninsula, in Safety Beach.
I ventured into the show ring in 2006 and have now titled thirteen of my home bred dogs. I am proud of that achievement. In 2016 my dogs won first, second and third best cocker spaniel at the Royal Melbourne Show. This was the most amazing experience and the greatest positive feedback I have ever received.
My breeding focus is on temperament and type and I pride myself in bringing the beautiful personality of the cocker to the forefront. In order to continue to develop the breed type I have imported dogs from both the United Kingdom and France. Their offspring is currently being shown by other exhibitors and are enhancing our future breeding.
To ensure that our puppies grow into healthy companion dogs I encourage our new adoptive parents to visit each weekend to bond with their puppy and to learn how best to support the growth and development of their puppy.
