Judge Profile

I have been involved in the Show World since I was born, growing up with my mother’s English Setters and English Springer Spaniels.

At age 7 my parents decided to get a Cavalier for me to show. Fast forward a few decades and we only have Cavaliers - no Gundogs.

Champion Fasusq BitterSweet Symphony - Multiple Best in Groups & Class in Shows, Reserve in show winner. Just 80 points shy of his Grand Champion title at his untimely death.

As a child I had always dreamt of being a judge. So around 2013 I applied to enter the judges training scheme and on the Australia Day weekend of 2015 I judged at my first open show.

I am an active member of numerous clubs and committees and enjoy working with them to hold shows. My main focus however is my local All Breeds club - Darling Downs Kennel Club. Of which I have been a member for most of my life. Now holding the position of Vice President, I also do the judges lunches and the canteen. I love my club and our “little family” of members!
